Best one yet! Your books have been an outstanding start to really understanding what ADHD is and how I can finally get the answers to all of the things I’ve always been ashamed to say Ive struggled with in life. I find hope in your books and this one really focuses on what I really struggle with the most.

I have just read this book and have a sudden urge to do some cleaning! I have ADHD myself and can find cleaning overwhelming. I am going to put some ideas into practice right away, like using a caddy of products that is always organised and also setting a timer and racing myself. I enjoyed the layout of the book and the summaries at the end of the chapters. Recommending this for other ADHD people who need a hand to get the cleaning done. I do love a clean house, and this will help me have that more often and with less stress.

I found this book to be an excellent resource for individuals with ADHD who want to declutter their lives. It provides tips and techniques for decluttering that can be easily implemented, helping individuals to transform their lives and reduce the negative impact of clutter on their mental health and well-being. This timely book by Lily Beacham is a practical and effective tool for individuals with ADHD.

I have ADHD and find it difficult to stay on track. I tend to jump from task to task and potter around rather than focusing. This book provided some helpful guidance on how I can use my ADHD brain better to get and stay organised and become more productive.

I really appreciate how this book shows the difference in how ADHD is commonly expressed in boys and girls, and the immediate debunking of myths around ADHD. One of my favourite things was the chapter summaries which helped me to remember the key points. Overall, this is a great practical book that gives a solid understanding of many factors of living with ADHD. Full of tips and strategies, I feel like this is a book that parents will return to again and again.

I love how this book is not only written for people with ADHD, but also includes information for partners, family, friends, and colleagues of people with ADHD. A wonderful resource full of great strategies and information. I love the chapter summaries too.
